At Devoir LA, we pride ourselves on luxury craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• All sale items, accessories, custom pieces, and limited releases are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Mail-In Returns:

Refunds & Store Credit

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• You may also request store credit for faster processing and future purchases.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to high demand and limited inventory, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
